Looking For People Of “Diligence”

People are always asking me, “How can I get involved and help the mission of Into-Africa?”  Many feel powerless when it comes to responding to what they deem to be such a big problem.  That problem would be addressing the issue of providing safe drinking water for over half the population of planet earth and providing educational facilities in impoverished villages throughout Western Africa.  In the minds of many, especially young inexperienced teenagers and everyday workers, the question has always been, “How can I make a difference?” There is one word that comes to mind - that captures the real need of our charity - and that’s the word diligence!  When it comes to things changing for the good, nothing changes without diligence – nothing changes easily.  Diligence defined:  effort, consistency, a focused commitment.  The scriptures say in HEBREWS 11:6 “God will reward those that diligently seek him”. The reward is based upon a diligence in faith; literally, doing a little thing for a long time – until it becomes a big thing.  Diligence is what causes a rock to erode – the pecking of a drop of water on a stone will leave an impression if its’ diligence.  Into-Africa would like to offer the opportunity to all of those who are willing to join in our “Campaign of Diligence” to visit our website today and make a monthly pledge to the mission of IA.
